1.Download the Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean XXLSZ Firmware package from Here and ODIN
Here sometime may occur a problem regarding download limit this download link from google if it happen wait for next day.
2.Download Samsung USB Driver to your PC From Here
3.Install Samsung USB Driver to Your PC and Extract Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean XXLSZ Firmware

4.Switched off your Phone and enable downloading mode
How to boot into Download Mode -> Press Home button + Volume Down Button + Power button Together
5.Connect to PC via USB
6.Open ODIN from Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean XXLSZ Firmware Package
- Open PDA :- Select CODE File (N7000XXLSZ_N7000OXALSZ_HOME.tar)
- Open Phone :- Select Modem (if not there ignore)
- Open CSC:-Select CSC_OXA (if not there ignore)
7.Click Start and download will be start and it may take few minutes after show Pass on ODIN Remove your Cable and wait for Reboot
